As 1upHealth continues to expand our payer interoperability solutions, we've decided to discontinue the sale of 1up Patient Connect, our patient-mediated data exchange solution.

We will be officially sunsetting the product on September 30, 2026. Current customers will receive full support through their existing agreements. For more details or assistance, see [Support and trouleshooting](/docs).

As a 1upHealth customer, you can use Patient Connect to manage user permissions, set up a patient portal to search for health systems and health plans for patient authorization, and review audit events to get information about the available FHIR resources for patients.

As a patient, you can use 1up Patient Connect to get access to your health data and share it with the payers, providers, and digital health companies that you authorize. This can help you to manage your personal health and access your shared data in native FHIR® format. You can find the providers (health systems) and payers (health plans) to share your health data with, authorize their access through a patient portal, and then integrate your health data within minutes.
