1up Exchange

You can use the 1up Exchange FHIR APIs to share and exchange population-level data with your payers and providers. 1up Exchange includes Bulk Data Export at the user level, client level, and group level, and Bulk FHIR Purge at the user level. It also offers seamless integration with other systems using FHIR APIs.

1up Exchange converts data to FHIR and ingests it into the 1up FHIR Platform so it can be shared through FHIR APIs, which conform to R4 standards, using public FHIR API endpoints and OAuth 2.0.

1upHealth offers different versions of Export and Purge operations for single-tenant environments (STE) and multi-tenant environments (MTE).
